1. Have knowledge in Service Management: ITIL certification or experience in service organization handling incident management for at least 2 years
2. Having some background in Telecommunication Technology is advantageous
3. Able to lead large number of service engineers (more than 20)

General Requirements:

1. Graduated from reputable university with GPA >3.0 (S2 preferred) from IT or related field
2. Fluent in English
3. Good understanding in networking technology
4. Min. 2 yeas management service

CORPORATE LEGAL

SUMMARY

Primarily to handle and to be responsible for all issues related to company status as go-public company and to advise company management of the law and practice on legal-related issues on company actions or intended actions, and to process till completion business licenses based on need.

Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide analysis and counsel on legal issues to include; proposed new services, protecting intellectual property, financial offerings, financial structuring, securities offerings, compliance issues for a pre-IPO company, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements and business strategic planning.
2. Lead the company through the IPO process, and attend to public shareholder issues.
3. Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.
4. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company.
5. Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues.
6. Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.
7. Represent the Company or its officials in various legal proceedings.
8. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc.
9. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents.
10. Write and administer complex vendor, client, and employment contracts.
11. Develop and recommend of operating policy and procedural improvements.
12. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Male/Female, min. 30 years old.
2. S1 from reputable university with major preferably in Indonesian Corporate Law.
3. 3 – 5 years of corporate law experience is a MUST.
4. Computer literate and Fluent in English is a MUST.
5. Mastery of Indonesian corporate law and go-public rules and issues.
6. Knowledge of employment, state and local laws.
7. Good knowledge and experience in securing company business licenses with relevant government agencies.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Problem solver, honest and excellent ability as team player.
10. Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.
11. Willing to travel when required.
